Public Meetings

When: Regular Board meetings are typically held on the Second and Fourth Tuesdays of every month at 7:00 pm in the Board Room, Administration Building, Government Center (PDF), 4301 East Parham Road. Click here for a complete listing of this year's Regular Board Meeting dates.

Note: This meeting schedule is subject to change depending on agenda items and holidays. For example, meeting dates in August and December usually vary due to holidays. The starting time of Board meetings can also shift if, for example, a lengthy public hearing or other topic is on the evening's agenda. Please check our published agendas for dates and times of both Regular and Special Board Meetings.
