The Board Room at the Western Government Center, 4301 E. Parham Road, will be under construction between November 17, 2008 to January 9, 2009. All public hearings scheduled during this time will be held in the Auditorium at the Glen Echo Building, 3810 Nine Mile Road, Henrico, VA 23223.
